MERMAID Power- Predictive Dialer
Each Predictive
Dialer "station" comes with the capacity for up
to 3 telephone lines to dial out, while a live agent with
a telephone headset can connect almost instantly when a call
is answered. Once a live connection is made, the other lines
stop dialing. The live agent can speak to the person who answers
the phone or play a pre-recorded message or mark that telephone
number as a fax, answering machine, disconnected number, etc.
The live agent can click on "Dial" at any time to
begin dialing again.
Each "station"
may stand alone by calling telephone numbers from its own
database, or all "stations" may be connected to
a server to access a contact manager or central database of
telephone numbers. There is virtually no limit to the number
of "stations" that may be connected.
