log hoem is a common misspelling of log home .
If you are looking for a quality log home, log home plans and ideas to
complete your log home dream, welcome to RMLH and take a look around.
We built Rocky on the belief that a log home is first and
foremost a very personal thing. We believe the home ought to reflect the
unique style of the owner and fulfill his or her individual needs and desires.
In 1988, we began offering a handcrafted series along with
the award-winning, precision-milled homes we’ve been creating for the better
part of 20 years. We teamed with Pioneer Log Homes, which had also dedicated
20 years to the development and construction of magnificent log homes, log
lodges and other commercial log buildings. The addition would honor Rocky
Mountain Log Homes’ philosophy of creating meticulously crafted and inspired
homes.
The Rocky Mountain Log Homes method utilizes naturally
dried logs, milled to exacting tolerances, including a unique spline and
gasket system called Weather Lock®. Unlike any other system in use today,
Weather Lock® ensures that every Rocky Mountain Log Home will provide
lifelong efficiency.
In the spring of 1990, Pioneer Log Homes was relocated to
the Bitterroot Valley, within minutes of the Rocky Mountain Log Homes main
office. The move enabled Rocky and Pioneer to combine the resource needs of
both companies. This ensures all clients the best-quality logs, and provides
the advantage of economies of scale unavailable to other hand crafters.
Rocky Mountain Log Homes is located in the heart of western
Montana’s Bitterroot Valley, six miles south of Hamilton, at 1883 Hwy. 93
South.
